Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a doctor in Montgomery, AL, so we have made requesting an appointment simple by simply calling us at (334) 273-0904. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We also offer Care Credit payment plans. Please see our Patient Coordinator for details.
Insurance
We are strictly fee-for-service and do not accept insurance of any kind. We do not provide insurance reimbursement codes. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
